p.3 Light-House on Nine Mile Point - The Commissioners appointed by statute for the erection of a Light House on Nine Mile Point, will receive Tenders until the 20th May inst.

1st - For the construction of a stone Tower for the said Light-House, forty feet in height from the ground line.

2d - For the iron Frame work and roof of the lantern of the said Light House. The whole to be done agreeably to plan and specifications, which may be seen after the 8th May, on application at the office of Hugh C. Thomson, one of the Commissioners.

Kingston April 30th, 1833.
