p.2 steamer Shannon, Capt. Lighthall, while en route from Grenville to Bytown towing 14 barges, has a man fall overboard. [Montreal Gazette]
The Subscriber continues to keep on hand a general assortment in the above line, among which will be found, a heavy stock of Tarred and Manilla Hawsers, and every description of Cordage, which he will sell at the reduced price of 9d. per lb. by the coil.
