NOTICE.

At a meeting of the stockholders of the Steam Boats Henry Gildersleeve and Prince of Wales, held this day pursuant to notice, a dividend of £2 10s per Share was declared on the Joint Stock of said Boats, payable at the office of the agent on and after the 20th day of February, 1843.
