132x23x11 Owned by St. Lawrence Steam Navigation Co. 1877, 1886; L. Chabot, Lévis 1895. Built by H. Dinning, Quebec 1872. First engine 36x96 by E. E. Gilbert, Montreal, later 30x72 by St. Mary's Foundry, Montreal (made 1878). Towboat below Montreal, sometimes mail tender at Rimouski. Wrecked and capsized 16/05/77 Rimouski, caused by dense smoke from bush fires; salvaged. Contrecoeur (1195) 83x23x9 Owned by Dominion Government.
