100x17x6 Owned by Harris Carroll & Co., to P. M. Backus 1865. Built by P. Holmes, Victoria B. C. and launched 03/01/61. Engines (2) 12x18 by Caledonia Foundry, Victoria. Used as Vancouver Island ferry. Destroyed by explosion 14/08/71 en route Victoria to Nanaimo, 3 killed.
