p.3 Toronto harbor nearly clear of ice; at Kingston ice is broken up down to Hatter's Bay, and an American steamer is expected there in a day or two.

KINGSTON MARINE RAILWAY.

The Annual Meeting of the Kingston Marine Railway Company for the purpose of electing Directors for the ensuing year, will be held in the Office of the Company on Monday, the 7th day of April next at 12 o'clock, noon, according to the Act of Incorporation.
