Will be sold by Auction, at the Dock Yard, Kingston, on Friday, the 31st July,

Her Majesty's Schooner

MONTREAL,

Burthen 140 tons.

She is in perfect order, and will be sold together with her Standing and Running Rigging, Sails, Anchors, and Cables.

H.M. Schooner Montreal may be examined any working day after the 20th instant between the working hours, at the Dock Yard Wharf.

A deposit of 25 per cent must be paid down immediately after sale, and the remainder before the vessel is removed.
