NOTICE.

THE ANNUAL MEETING of the Stockholders of the Kingston Marine Railway Company will be held on Monday the third day of April next, at one o'clock P.M., at the Office of the undersigned.

IN THE COURT OF BANKRUPTCY

FOR THE MIDLAND DISTRICT.

In the matter of Joseph Pierson - a Bankrupt.

It is ordered that the second General Meeting of Creditors for proof of debts and examination of Bankrupt, be held at the Judge's Chambers, in the Court House, City of Kingston, on Monday next, 6th March, at the hour of twelve o'clock, noon.
