On Monday next, August 21st, will be sold by Auction, at D.J. Smith's Wharf, where she now lies, the Excellent Sailing Schooner

PERSEVERANCE,

With Sails, Rigging, Anchors, Cabin Furniture, etc. complete, siezed by virtue of a Mortgage past due, registered in the Custom House, Kingston, in favor of John Breakendridge, Esq.

Sale at 12 o'clock, noon.
