To Wit:

Commission issued by Stafford F. Kirkpatrick, Esquire, Judge of the District Court, of the Midland District, dated the 28th day of November, 1848.

First meeting of Creditors on Thursday, the 14th day of December, 1848, at the Judge's Chambers, in the Court House, in the City of Kingston, at 12 o'clock, noon.
