An Act to incorporate the Ontario Marine & Fire Insurance Co.

An Act to incorporate certain persons under the name of the Quebec Forwarding Co.

An Act to impose Tolls on Vessels and Passengers brought down the St. Lawrence past any of the Canals thereon.

An Act to increase the stock of the Grand River Navigation Co.

An Act to incorporate certain persons under the style and title of the President, Directors and Co. of Port Burwell Harbor.

IN THE COURT OF BANKRUPTCY

FOR THE MIDLAND DISTRICT.

In the matter of Joseph Platt, Lewis Platt and James Platt - Bankrupts

An offer of composition having been this day made by the said bankrupts, and the creditors present having agreed to entertain the same, it is ordered that a general meeting of the creditors of the said Bankrupts, for the purpose of accepting or refusing the said offer of composition, be held at the Judge's Chambers, in the Court House, City of Kingston, on Saturday, the thirtieth day of June, instant.
