p.110 An unfortunate rencontre took place between the Toronto and Dalhousie Steam Boats, on the evening of the 9th instant, while on their way from Bath to Kingston, by which means the Dalhousie was somewhat injured. It has not however prevented her from making her regular trips. It is expected "the affair will become a subject of legal investigation."
