By virtue of a writ of alias fi. fa. to me directed from the United States Circuit Court, in and for the District of Ohio, there will be exposed to public sale, on Monday, the 18th day of December next, at Fairport, near the mouth of Grand river, in the county of Geauga, the Schooner Rachel, her tackle, furniture and apparel, seized and taken in execution as the property of Robert Eaton, of the suit of the United States against Phineas Thornton and Robert Eaton, and to be sold without appraisement, for cash,
