The Lake Erie Steam Boat Company have commenced building a new Boat, on the margin of Buffalo Creek. Noah Brown. Esq. the builder of the old boat, has contracted to have this completed by the 10th of May next. It is calculated at 290 tons, 44 tons less than the Walk-in-the-Water,
