p.2 Notice of applications to be made at the next session of the Legislature - eg. An Act to incorporate a Company for the purpose of opening a ship navigation thro' the neck of the Peninsula, between the Lake and the bay of Toronto.

For a Charter to construct a Canal, for ship navigation, from Lake Erie to some point in the Niagara River, below Fort Erie rapids.

An Act to amend the charter of the Desjardins Canal by a further grant of land to the Canal.

For an Act to incorporate a Company, with power to make a lateral cut to connect the Welland Canal and the Niagara River, at its mouth, for the purpose of Sloop navigation.

An Act to incorporate a Company for the purpose of cutting a canal through Wolfe Island.

p.3 Tenders called for widening and deepening the canal from the head of lock at Port Colborne; for raising the tow path from Dunnville to Broad Creek, for delivering stone, for building a stone waste weir at lock no. 6, for excavation of locks Nos. 20 and 27, etc. on the Welland Canal. 23rd November, 1835.
