Among the Fleet. The new lighthouse tower at the canal vibrates to such a degree that it effects the running of the clock. Additional supporters for wire guy lines will be placed immediately . This will consist of sinking four six feet square cement blocks just below the surface. In the center of each will be placed a large eye bolt, and from these wire ropes with turnbuckle will lead up to the tower. An expert is here to start the work, after which Supt. Dier takes charge of matters.
