p.2 Tolls on the Rideau Canal - too high on lumber.

We are happy to announce that the steam-boat Oswego arrived at this port on her way down, yesterday evening, after having undergone a thorough inspection in the Dry Dock at Niagara.

Notice To Emigrants in Want of Work - the Grand River Navigation Co. needs 1000 laborers, and several hundred are wanted on Welland Canal.
