STEAMER COLUMBIA.--The steamer Columbia arrived yesterday morning from Saginaw, having completed the repairs to her engine and machinery, which were disabled a few days since.

She brought down 250 bbls. fish, 100,000 shingles, 6 casks ashes, a few shade trees, and some pump logs. She is again is good running condition, and leaves it to-morrow on her regular time.
