p.3 Cheering Prospects for Kingston - We learn that the principle Forwarding Houses in Montreal are about to form a Union and that Kingston will be the head quarters at this end of the route. A very extensive business in that line is anticipated during the ensuing season, and property is looking up in this place in consequence, especially the water lots. [Chronicle]
