p.3 letter to editor of Cornwall Observer - some contractors on the St. Lawrence canal are selling at depreciation the Notes of the Board of Commissioners to raise funds to proceed with the work; signed by Jonas Jones, President of Board, who assures us the bills will be redeemed within the month.
