p.2 Kingston, June 4th - The forwarding business continues steadily to increase. Every wharf, warehouse, or place where a barrel of flour can be stowed away, is crammed to excess with the produce of the West, notwithstanding seven establishments are actively engaged in transhipping the same to Montreal, some Houses to the extent of 25,000 barrels per week. It is this business which makes Kingston the Capital of the Upper Province.
