Steamboat Notice.

At a Meeting of the Stockholders of the Steamboat Prince Edward, held at Belleville, 7th instant, it was

Resolved, That Joseph Thirkell, Angus Cameron, Donald Christie, James Brown Jr. and Thomas Greer, constitute the Committee of Management of the Prince Edward for the current year.

Resolved, that Thomas Greer, Esq. be appointed Agent for the Boat at Kingston. Phillip Low, Chairman John Miller, Sec'y

Pursuant to the above Resolutions, a Meeting of the Committee will be held at the Agent's Office, Princess Street, on Monday, the 16th instant, at Ten o'clock A.M.
