p.2 Great Reduction at the Dock Yard - We regret to say, that orders have recently been received from the Admiralty, to reduce the Naval Establishment at Point Frederick to its lowest ebb. A great many of the officers arid men have already departed, and many more are about to follow. Captain Sandom returns home, and Mr. Marks will be left in charge. [British Whig]
