Our theme, "Ice", was illustrated in many inventive manners by those who came with slides to show, and wethank all of our eager participants. One of our members, who resides inWinnipeg, was so caught up in the theme of our meeting that she had her own personal experience with ice, and wound up requiring orthopaedic surgery and almost a month in hospital! We hope she is now feeling better and that she will forgive Ye Ed., who was the Committee Member who suggested our icy theme topic... In the German, New Member D e p a r t m e n t , a hearty welcome goes out to Terry of Scarborough, and to Christopher Dunn, of Port McNicoll. * * * * * * * W.
