S. season. But if any of your friends should mention not having received their November issue, perhaps you could remind them that a cheque for $25.00 sent to our Chief Purser would remedy the problem. Our October Meeting featured members' summer slides. The house was small as nasty weather was forecast, but all present enjoyed the photos. We would ask the members to note that, as in the last several years, our January, February and March meetings will be held on the afternoon of the first Saturday of the month. This has proven effective in helping the mem bers, especially those from outside Toronto, deal with winter weather. In the New Member Department, we extend a hearty welcome to D. Richard Bockus, of St. Catharines, and to Jim Gardiner, of Mississauga. We hope that you will enjoy your membership in the Toronto Marine Historical Society. * * * * * * * ISSN 0318-014X
