A thoroughly nostalgic evening was enjoyed by all as we saw many once-familiar vessels, now long gone from our lakes. Our thanks to Ron for putting together this superb programme. Remember that our winter meetings are held on the afternoon of the first Saturday of the month. You may phone Gordon Turner on the day of the meeting at 416-762-3130 to confirm if the weather should be inclement. And another reminder - this about our need to receive your port's lay-up listings no later than January 23 for inclusion in our February issue. See the notice inside this issue for more details. In the New Member Department, we extend a most hearty welcome to John Burtch, of Brockville, Ontario, to Robert M. Graham, of Brantford, Onta rio, and to Stanley Klemecky, of Roblin, Manitoba. We are pleased to have you with us in the Toronto Marine Historical Society, and we hope that you will enjoy your membership. ISSN 0318-014X
