Saturday, February 2 - 2: 30 p. m. at the Swansea Town Hall. Your editor will present another group of photos taken by the late Dyke Cobb who was one of our very best marine photographers. Please join us. * * * * * * * THE EDITOR'S LOGBOOK The November meeting featured several interesting videos and we thank those who participated. We did not have time to view all the videos that we had there, so there will be another video show before long. Did you remember to renew your membership for the 2007-2008 year? If you receive this issue, then you are fully paid up and a member in good stan ding. But if a friend should remark that this issue has not been received, perhaps you could suggest that sending a cheque to our Chief Purser would rectify the situation. Winter lay-up season is rapidly approaching and, as usual, our list of lay-ups around the lakes will appear in the February issue. As soon as the winter fleet is in at your local port, please send us a list. It may be mailed to the editor at the address in the masthead above, e-mailed to us at jay. bascom@sympatico. ca or phoned to (416) 921-8436. This is a huge project each year, so YOUR assistance will be very much appreciated. And now, best wishes to all for a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. * * * * * * * Executive Committee Jay N.
