p.3 Opening of Navigation on the Welland Canal - The Canal is now in such a state, that should no unforeseen occurrence prevent, the water will be let in at Dunnville, on Thursday or Friday next, the 1st or 2nd prox. and by the 8th or 9th it is expected to be in perfect working order.
