Midland District,

To Wit:

On Saturday, the 5th February next, will be sold, at 12 o'clock noon, at the Wharf of John Counter, Esq.,

THE SCHOONER RACHAEL,

(between 1800 and 1900 Bbls. Burthen)

With all her Rigging, etc., Seized by virtue of several Executions, issued out of the Court of the Queen's Bench, and to me directed.

Commission issued by Stafford F. Kirkpatrick, Esq., Judge of the District Court of the Midland District, dated the twenty-sixth day of January, 1848.

First Meeting of Creditors on Saturday the 12th day of February, 1848, at the Court House, in the City of Kingston, in the said District, at 12 o'clock, noon.
