City Council - Resolutions - several concerning Harbor Master - salary of £125 per annum, and for that he is responsible for keeping the Lighthouse lit and in order; keeping of receipt books, checking chimneys and boiler pipes of steam boats coming into harbor; the Mayor to apply for military grounds at foot of Brock and Clarence Sts. for landings for Fish Boats and other purposes.
