SHERIFF'S SALE.

Midland District, To Wit: On Saturday the 20th day of January, 1849, at 12 o'clock, noon, will be sold at GREER'S WHARF, in the City of Kingston, the following property belonging to John Hood Greer & William Colcleugh, seized by virtue of several Executions, issued out of Her Majesty's Court of Queen's Bench and District Court of the Midland District, and to me directed, viz: -

THE BARGES

Waterloo, Grampus, Cork, Belfast, Liverpool, Avoca and Globe,

One of the steamer Brockville's Engines of Forty-Horse power,...

And

All the Right, Title and Interest of the said John Hood Greer and William Colcleugh in the unexpired Lease of the Water Lots Nos. 25 and 26 in the City of Kingston, known as Greer & Co's Forwarding Establishment, together with all the improvements thereon; and also at the same time and place will be sold at the suit of

THE MONTREAL BANK

vs.

DONALD BETHUNE,

All the Right, Title and Interest of the said Donald Bethune, in the 40 horse power Steam Engine.

Terms of Sale: - Approved endorsed notes at Four and Six months from day of sale. THOMAS A. CORBETT, Sheriff, M.D.
