Office of the St. Lawrence Steamboat Co.

Oswego, Sept. 14th, 1849.

Dear Sir,-

For the purpose of favouring our citizens of the States with the pleasure of a visit to your city, and your Provincial Exhibition and Fair, next week, this company have advertised one of their best steamers, the Ontario, for an extra trip from this city, via Sackets Harbor, to Kingston, and return. Should the weather be favorable, we flatter ourselves that a large number will avail themselves of the trip.

The several steamers of this company will take passengers wishing to attend your Fair, from the different ports to which they run, to Kingston, and return, as well as stock or articles to be exhibited, on the same terms as they have done to the State Fair at Syracuse.

Yours truly,
