p.2 Corporation of Kingston - Petition of Matthew Rourk, requesting leave to extend his Wharf a small distance into the Bay, the water being too shallow. Also of Wm. Anglen and Chas. Gale, for the same. There seemed to be some doubt entertained whether Mr. Rourk owned a water lot.
