DISSOLUTION OF CO-PARTNERSHIP.
The Undersigned give notice that the respective Co-Partnerships and Business heretofore carried on by them at Hamilton, in that part of the Province of Canada called Upper Canada, under the name or Firm of "Hiram Cook & Co."; at Kingston, in the said Province, under the style or Firm of "Calvin, Cook & Co."; and at Quebec under the name and Firm of "Dunn, Calvin & Co.", have been by mutual consent dissolved, and terminated at, and from the first day of June, 1850. After which date, the name of Dunn, Calvin & Co. at Quebec to be continued by D.M. Cook, as Agent in Liquidation only.
The Business heretofore carried on at Kingston, under the name and Firm of "Calvin, Cook and Co.,"after the first of June, will be continued under the name and Firm of "Calvin & Cook," and at Hamilton, under the name and Firm of H. Cook & Co." as before.
