Brig Breeze, Malbrook, 185 pieces oak timber, Calvin & Cook.

p.3 Auction Sale of Sailboat & Skiff - the property of Capt. Eveleigh, 20th Reg't. - a well found cutter rigged sail boat with solid iron keel, one main sail, 2 jibs, 2 topsails, one gaff topsail, 2 oars, boat-hook, anchor, cable, iron rowlocks, and 12 cwt. iron ballast; also a Skiff with two pairs sculls, rudder, mast, sprit and landing net.
