TENDERS.

SEALED TENDERS will be received by the Undersigned at his Office, Gananoque, until Monday, the 10th day of February next, at noon, for the construction of a Pier or Beacon on what is called the Jack Thaw (sic - Straw ?) Shoal, below Gananoque, agreeable to plans and specifications of the same, approved of by the Chief Engineer of Public Works; which plans and specifications with form of Tenders, may be seen and any further information obtained, on application to
