p.2 A New Light House - Congress has appropriated $5000 for a light-house on Grassy Point, at the head of Sodus Bay, on Lake Ontario. If the bill now before the legislature for re-chartering the Sodus Canal Company, should become a law, the beautiful bay and harbor will become a place of considerable commercial importance.
