Lake Steamer - The Passport goes up this day to Toronto, in place of the Princess Royal, owing to the breaking of the shaft on Wednesday night last of the latter steamboat.

9th - Schr. Minerva Cook, Amherstburgh, 62 pieces square oak timber, Calvin & Cook.

Str. Ontario, Oswego, mixed cargo.

Str. New Era, Montreal, mixed cargo.

Exports

9th - Str. Ontario, Ogdensburgh, passengers and baggage.

FOR SALE BY PUBLIC AUCTION.

On the 21st of May instant, at 12 o'clock (noon) the Hull, Engine, Rigging, Tackle, and Furniture of the Steam Propeller

BEAGLE

of Thirty Horsepower, as she now lies at Port Hope.

A Credit of 6 and 12 months will be given upon good endorsed notes.

Wanted Two Masters of Schooners, well acquainted with Lake Navigation, to take charge of Two Schooners, now building, capable of carrying 3500 barrels.
