Maritime Court - At the last sitting of the Toronto Maritime Court, Mr. W.R. Mulock moved for an order to compel W. Powers & Co., of Kingston, to deliver up the schooner Canadian, lying at their dock; Mr. Kingsmill, contra. The motion stands.
