p.3 Tug Accident - Yesterday morning the tug Jessie Hall, with four barges in tow, on her way from Kingston to Montreal, was caught by the gale between the Three Sisters and the Cross-Over Light and broke her shaft and eccentric. A good deal of trouble was experienced in getting the barges anchored.
