p.3 Libelled - The Toledo Commercial says that last week, upon the arrival of the Canadian schooner Albercore there, she was libelled by Messrs. E.R. Williams & Bros., who claim that she overran 240 bushels of wheat of her last cargo to Kingston, and that the Captain signed bills of lading for much less than the vessel had in her. The vessel was bonded, and it is supposed the matter will be brought into court and tested.
