p.3 Wind Wafts. - Capt. Cuthbert has ordered new sails for 2 Belleville yachts - one a new one built at Trenton.

The ferry steamer is carrying heavy loads of freight between the city, the Islands, and Cape Vincent, traffic having been impeded by the unsettled condition of the harbour.

The Seamen's Union - a general meeting to be held, 140 couples at Assembly.
