p.3 Wind Wafts -The sch. Ella Jane crossed the lake from Fair Haven to East Lake on Monday last.

The Ice - The ice in the harbour is again gone. This afternoon the boat went to the Cape.This is the first time in the memory of the "oldest inhabitant" that the boat has run on the 31st January.
