p.3 Wind Wafts - The schr. Riverside was towed over to Garden Island this morning.

The vessel men of Belleville are also fishing after the floating ice. There is a famine in prospective.

Ice Loading - Navigation - The schr. Edward Blake which was repaired at Mill Point after having been aground last Fall, is now loading ice at Belleville. The ice bridge on the bay being now unsafe preparations are being pushed forward to get the ferry steamers ready for business.

The Harbour Clear - steamer to commence this morning. (details)
