p.3 Wind Wafts - The Seamen's Union is revising its constitution.

It was Mr. I.A. Breck instead of I.H. Radford who purchased an interest in sch. Grantham.

The Ferry Steamers - The Pierrepont still runs to Garden Island and to within a short distance of Wolfe Island, the passengers completing the journey on the ice. The Maud left for Cape Vincent this morning at 8 o'clock. She may cease running any day as the mails are now taken across Wolfe Island. They leave here each day at 11:30 o'clock.
