Mail Service - The str. Norseman, owned by Mr. C.F. Gildersleeve, will have new decks placed on her this spring. Col. Williams has prevailed on the Government to renew the contract for the carrying of the mails per str. Norseman for a term of four years between Port Hope and Rochester.
