Capt. Kiah of the Canada, on Collingwood-Chicago line, to sail St. Magnus.

Wind Wafts - A petition is being signed, asking that $20,000 be appropriated by Congress for the enlargement of Little Sodus Bay harbour. It has received numerous signatures.

Propeller To Be Lengthened - Next Fall, when the Welland Canal will be nearly completed, the Acadia will be lengthened 40 feet and raised two feet. This work will cost about $7,000 or $8,000, and will increase her capacity to nearly 40,000 bushels. The work can be done to her without weakening her, as she has an iron frame.
