Sailors' Union - The Kingston Sailors' Union is said to number 350 men, and that of the International Union 7,450. The members of the associations are required to be sober and reliable, and to be competent for service in any position on a vessel. No others will be allowed to carry the Union's credentials.

Mr. Calvin In Error - re tax assessment on vessels.
