Converted Into A Steambarge - Capt. Rockwell is having the old steamer Crusoe converted into a steambarge. She has been lengthened to 75 feet and rebuilt from the water's edge. The changes will cost $1000. The barge will be a good lumber carrier. The repairs are being made at Fairfield's mill, Floating Bay, above Collinsby.
