p.2 Election Of Company's Officers - The annual general meeting of shareholders of the St. Lawrence & Chicago Forwarding Co. was held on Monday at Montreal, the President, Sir Hugh Allen, presiding. The annual report, showing the Company to be in a satisfactory condition, was received and adopted. The election of Directors for the ensuing year resulted as follows: Sir Hugh Allan, President; Andrew Allen, R. Anderson, T.A. Crane and D. Macphie, Managing Director.

p.3 Kingston Item From Bath - steam barge Crusoe, Capt. H.C. Rothwell, loaded with barley, cleared on 26th.
